It's my assumption that showering is more important on the second and third day of a gt baja bus tour. Soon after that people get dirt loaded nostrils, and heavily dosed with various shoe smells, that they no-longer see the passenger aroma as number one issue.
I do recall that the bus cushions actually get noticeably dirty after a nine plus day tour in very hot weather. Fortunately the baja nine day tour is just a commute to the campsite, only two three day bus rides.
Therefore, baja nine day passengers do not get an odor dose with a high enough grunge factor to erase the early odor experiences that they incur during the tour.
I would say that this was one of the more frequently bathed baja 9 day groups that I have seen, without preening themselves.
I have noticed that washing is not a personal issue after eating one of those road side hot-dogs. People just skip ahead, thinking that it's crazy to eat out of one of those tiny meat wagons, with their chemically laced beef franks. Yea, I would have to agree with them. However, it's a kind-and-gentle way to live dangerously on the bus. Really, they are not that bad when reviewed as a culinary/cultural experience. ...todo por favor.
